Galley Steward (Sanitation Supervisor)
Responsible for keeping all food preparation areas and galleys clean. Supervises all cleaning personnel and trains all new utility cleaning personnel. Also responsible for inspecting and maintaining all dishwasher, glass washer and garbage disposal machines. Prepares schedules for utility cleaners together with the Executuive chef.

Generala Purpose Repairman (G.P)
Takes care of all repairs onboard, such as bulb replacements, changing of locks, etc.

Hair dresser
Performs all of the functions of a beautician in a shore based salon shampooing, hair styling, barbering, permanent waves, etc.


Head Cleaner
Supervises and leads several Utility Stewards in their cleaning work. In coordination with the Second Steward, the Head Cleaner will assign duties and inspect, on a daily basis, the work of Utility Stewrds ensuring that standards as set by the Cruise Ship are adhered to. Assisting him is the Asst. Head Cleaner. Reports to the Chief Steward.

Head Waiter
Is responsible for the operation of a specific section in the dining room. Supervises a number of Waiters and Busboys. Ensures that efficient and maximum service is rendered to passengers. He is also responsible for serving specialty items, assisting in passengers requests, assuring correct tables set up and assisting in seating arrangements.

Head Room Steward Crew
He assists the 1st Steward Crew in the performance of his duties. In absence of the 1st Steward Crew, the Head Room Steward Crew will assume his duties.

Head Room Steward Pax
He supervises the work of Room Stewards and Utilities and also assists and trian them under the direction of the the Chief Steward. Reports directly to the 2nd Steward Pax.
